Terms and Conditions
1. Service Agreement
By using our data bundle services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
2. Data Bundle Usage
Data bundles are non-transferable and must be used within the specified validity period. Unused data expires at the end of the bundle period.
3. Payment Terms
All payments are processed through M-PESA. Transactions are final once confirmed. Failed transactions will be automatically reversed.
4. Service Delivery
Data bundles are typically activated within 5 minutes of successful payment. Delays may occur due to technical or network issues.
5. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate phone numbers and ensure sufficient M-PESA balance for transactions. Wrong number submissions are user responsibility.
